This dish was an experiment to see if I could cook a filling dish for lunch or dinner in about 30 minutes. Total time from start to finish was 36 minutes. It was also a hit in our truck that night.

Instructions
  1. •In a bowl put pasta and 1.5 bottles of water. Set aside. (1 min mark)
  2. •Dice up chicken breasts. (6 min mark)
  3. •In aroma (ninja or skillet) sauté chicken add salt & pepper to taste. Cover and stir occasionally. (19 min mark)
  4. •Add jar of salsa to chicken, using last half of bottled water, rinse jar and add into chicken (20 min mark)
  5. •When salsa & chicken gets hot, start adding in cream cheese and stirring to get it melted and mixed in well. (26 min mark)
  6. •Drain cold water from pasta and add into pot. (28 min mark)
  7. •Cover and let simmer for approx. 5 or 6 minutes.
