Dinner tonight is a recipe from my home, Guam. We call it Estofao. Filipinos have a very similar dish called adobo.

Ingredients

whole
garlic
cut up

Parmesan cheese

cooked rice
1/4

digital oven
1/2
Handful pasta
sliced

minced garlic

Tbls
Black pepper

Tbls
soy sauce
1
cup
vinegar
Instructions
Mix vinegar to water and soy sauce, add minced garlic and black pepper.
Put in Digital Oven or Lunchbox for 3 hours.
After 2 hours mix in sliced onion
