Dinner tonight is a recipe from my home, Guam. We call it Estofao. Filipinos have a very similar dish called adobo.

  1. Mix vinegar to water and soy sauce, add minced garlic and black pepper.
  2. Put in Digital Oven or Lunchbox for 3 hours.
  3. After 2 hours mix in sliced onion
