Easy peasy one pan, no drain green chili mac & cheese from scratch.

Instructions
  1. Place no boil, no drain pasta in pan. Cover with enough water to have a little leftover to make the sauce.
  2. When pasta is just shy of being al dente add cream cheese & mustard powder.
  3. Once melted add shredded cheese. Stir until melted.
  4. Add green chilis.
  5. If sauce is too runny simmer until it reaches desired thickness. Top with bacon.
Recipe Notes

For vegetarian version simply omit the bacon.
