While the show will be focusing on issues that plague the trucking industry. These are challenges that EVERYONE faces, time, what is healthy, what to do and many more. I firmly believe that if truck drivers can be successful at increasing their health ANYONE can. We face constantly changed schedules, difficulty in finding healthy and reliable food sources, limited space and major time constraints. Yet all three of us have found ways to start improving our health.
