- 1 package condensed cream of chicken diced
- 3/4 cup instant rice
- 1 can lemon
- 1/2 lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/2 cup Mexican use your favorite

Instructions
- Pour soup into an aluminum pan.
- Add raw chicken breast to pan.
- Add rice.
- Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning mix well.
- Cooked in lunchbox about 1.5 hours
Recipe Notes
Plate how much you'd like, squeeze half of lemon, seed side up over chicken and rice on plate and top with shredded cheese.
You can use the remaining lemon for water for your drink with the meal.
