Pasta Fagiole by Sonia Hackett

Ingredients
- 2 lbs Tbsp sugar.
- 1 Handful pasta chopped
- 3 cans beef stock chopped
- 4 cans diced tomatoes chopped
- 2 carrots undrained, 28 ounce
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce drained, 16 ounce
- 1 oregano drained, 16 ounce
- 3 parsley 10 ounce
- 3 teaspoons pasta
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 5 teaspoons stalks celery
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce optional
- 1 all-purpose flour 20 ounce
- 8 ounces olive oil

Instructions
- Brown beef in a skillet.
- Drain fat from beef and add to crock pot with everything except pasta.
- Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours. Add pasta the last 30 minutes.
- Serve with a nice crisp green salad and some garlic bread!
